    QU-Dashboards

    The Institutional Research and Analytics Department is pleased to introduce a new University-Wide analytics platform “Tableau Server” that offers many different interactive dashboards to visualize data.  These dashboards allow users to sort, filter, keep and exclude data based on their needs. You may access this service using your QU username and password. As you surf through the new platform, we hope that you find it interesting and satisfactory with the aspiration that the new approach proves to be enlightening and beneficial!

    Registered Students Dashboard: This visualization provides information about registered students in a selected semester and college. The figures can be disaggregated by gender, nationa​lity, student's level and student's classification. The numbers are based on the official census dates (after add/drop period ends).

    Admissions Dashboard: This visualization provides information about the number of Applied, Admitted, and Registered from Admitted students in a selected semester. The figures can be disaggregated by gender, nationality, admission type, level, and college. The numbers are based on the official census dates (after add/drop period ends).

    Courses Results: This visualization provides information about the results of courses that were offered in a certain period at Qatar University including passing rate, failure rate, withdrawal rate, etc. The figures can be disaggregated by different course characteristics such as; course college, course department, course level, course subject, etc.

    Scholarly Output Dashboard: This visualization provides information about the scholarly output affiliated to Qatar University from Scopus database. The figures can be disaggregated by publication year and publication type. The data used in this visualization are refreshed on a weekly basis from Scopus database.

    QU Research Awards Dashboard:  This visualization provides information about QU Research Awards generated from the OGA system. The data used in this visualization are updated daily. The figures can be filtered by year, College and Department.

    QU Institutional KPIs Dashboard: This visualization provides information about QU Institutional Key Performance Indicators. Viewed Data illustrate the KPIs' actual results, targeted results, achievments, and other detials.

    MOUs and Agreements Dashboard: This visualization provides information about all MOUs and Agreements singed by QU. The figures can be filtered by the year of signing, type of collaboration, or the owner department. The data used in this visualization are as per the Database created by the Outreach and Engagement Department.

    Programs Facts Dashboard:Thisvisualization provides an overview about multiple diversity breakdowns of Qatar University (QU) students, and employees. It also displays information about research, surveys, and outreach. Data can be filtered by College, Major, Academic Level, Academic Year, and Semester. Data used in this visualization is updated per semester.
