Invitation cards will be distributed after the ceremony rehearsal in the Sports and Events Complex (A07) at Qatar University, according to the following schedule:

  • Distinguished female graduates will receive invitation cards for both the Distinguished Female Graduation Ceremony and their respective College Graduation Ceremony at the same time.
  • Please present your QU ID card or Qatari ID to collect your invitation card. Only the graduate herself may collect the invitation card.

Individual College Ceremony (Female Graduates)

Invitation cards will be distributed to the graduates in the Student Affairs Building (I11), according to the following schedule:

Graduation Ceremony Invitation Instructions:

  • Please present your university or Qatari ID at the time of registration to collect your invitation card.
  • Invitation cards need to be collected in person. No one else can collect them for you.
  • The invitation card is used for entry to the graduation ceremony. Kindly extend invitations to guests in accordance with the number of cards you receive.
  • Immediately upon collection, please verify the cards and confirm the quantities with the responsible staff.
  • Selling invitation cards to others is strictly prohibited.
  • If a graduate is unable to collect his/her invitation card due to an emergency, please contact us for assistance at gci@qu.edu.qa.
