First: The General Objective
Qatar University graduates are given the skills to identify their personal abilities and capabilities that suit the Qatari labor market to get suitable jobs that will help them perform their future careers better.
Second: Expected Outcomes
At the end of the program, the graduate is expected to be able to:
- Learn about the structure of the government apparatus and the importance of the public job.
- Choose the right job and place to work according to capabilities.
- Identify the rights and duties of employees under the Human Resources Management Act and the Labor Code.
- Write the CV appropriately.
- Prepare for successful recruitment interviews.
- Deal with the Kawader platform, and the process of applying for vacancies.
- Master the writing of government letters and notes.
- Master communication skills and how to deal with directors, colleagues and customers.
- Promote creativity and career excellence.

Fourth: The Target Group:
Qatar University graduates who did not get any job during the first six months after graduation (Qataris).
Fifth: Program Duration and Session Order:
