The Community Service and Continuing Education Center (CCE) offers a variety of certification programs and training courses designed to fulfil the needs of the Qatar community.
Training courses are offered in a number of disciplines such as language, business, leadership, management, finance, accounting, banking and information processing. Test preparation courses for IELTS, ACT, TOEFL, German Language A1 and A2 Certificate are also offered.
CCE offers certification preparation courses in Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Non Profit Accounting Professional (CNAP) , Certificate in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (Cert IPSAS), Certificate in International Financial Reporting (Cert IFR) to help community members stay up-to-date in management, auditing, accounting and finance professions.
Preparation course in Project Management Professional (PMP®), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is offered for professionals interested in understanding the Project Management framework and how it applies to their business.
CCE offers Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification programs in Human Resources and Learning and Development in Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7.
Certification programs for business process improvement such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor courses ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 41001:2018 are also offered by our center.
For insurance professionals, the center offers Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) certification preparation program, Award in General insurance. Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (AMLS) certification preparation course is offered to professionals interested to know international standards and best practices in fighting financial crime.
CCE offers arbitration and law courses in collaboration with Qatar International Center for Arbitration and Conciliation at Qatar Chamber of Commerce.
CCE also collaborates with QU colleges and administrative units to develop training programs for specialized fields.
