A complete application package consists of the following:
Completed Application Form
Download a PDF or DOC copy of the application form and complete according to the instructions. Ensure you provide an email address that you check regularly as this will be our primary mode of communication with you. The application form must be typed and not handwritten.
Official transcripts
An official transcript containing course grades from all secondary and post-secondary programs of study is required. Current QU students are not required to provide transcripts for courses taken at this university.
Copies of any completed diplomas and degrees
Provide a photocopy of any diplomas or degrees that have been completed prior to your application.
Official TOEFL (or IELTS) score
Identify your test score on the application form and provide an official copy with your application package. QU applicants do not need to provide an official copy as scores will be obtained directly from the QU Foundation Program.
Two sealed letters of reference
Applicants are required to provide two written and sealed letters of reference obtained from referees who are able to objectively rate them on the criteria of interest. Download a PDF or DOC copy of the Letter of Reference form and follow the instructions contained.
