    Support Services Office

    Support Services Office is responsible for improving the performance of Facilities and General Services Department through the audit and enhancement of the established processes, support contract administration, follow up and control projects and services, oversee the department’s strategic plan, provide IT solutions, create central database for documentation required, manage incoming and outgoing mail at the University level, and track and secure the availability of all  materials needed for in house maintenance. All projects, facilities, and services are implemented taking into consideration project management requirements and ISO standards.

    Support Services Office supports projects execution and services to be completed as required. It aims to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved and corporate integration is implemented through the following criteria:

    • Completion of projects/services on time and within budget

    • Maintain high-quality services and projects

    • Review tender documents to ensure standardization in contracts

    • Verify and reviewing payments

    • Implement Change Management procedures

    • Implement Program Management System with IT solutions through all the project modules

    • Establish all required dashboards to show project’s progress
