    Statement of Commitment to Quality

    The Community Service and Continuing Education Center (CCE), Qatar University has established a quality policy in the form of a Statement of Commitment to Quality, and implemented this statement as part of our commitment to quality, continual improvement, customer focus, risk management and compliance.

    We, the management and employees in the Community Service and Continuing Education Center are committed to provide high quality services consistently to achieve business success and at the same time support Qatar’s vision for a knowledge based economy.

    This is achieved through the consistent application of a quality system, the main objectives of which are to:

    • Offer high standard of service by utilizing competent professionals.
    • Exceed the expectations of Qatar University by excelling in operations.
    • Increase the efficiency of employees and empower them by training.
    • Focus on modernization and technology to increase operational efficiency.
    • Closely interact with and monitor service providers to establish highest quality standards.
    • Achieve timely delivery as per specification and requirements.
    • Attend and resolve complaints in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Progressively reduce customer complaints.
    • Ensure continual improvement by setting and measuring objectives, carrying out regular quality audits, undertaking corrective and preventive action and conducting regular reviews by top management.
    • Compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
    • Identifying and addressing risks and utilizing the opportunities.

    This document will be displayed prominently in CCE Office and will be available externally to all interested parties on request. It will be kept up to date and will be amended to suit any changes in the size or nature of the CCE’s activities. CCE shall review the Statement of Commitment to Quality every year.
