    Submit Score Reports


    The Qatar University Testing Center (QUTC) is responsible within Qatar University (QU) for receiving the results of international competence tests, verifying them, and then entering the scores in the University information system (BANNER). After that, new and existing students can register for courses that require test scores. 












    Submitting the Scores

    New applicants should send test scores to QU only after starting the QU application process. QU Application number is generated after finishing the application process and receiving a confirmation email. It is crucial to input correct information to process the test scores without delay.

    QU students and applicants must submit the competency test scores as follows:




          • IELTS: To send IELTS test scores, please click on the link given below and upload clear PDF copies of your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), Qatar ID, and Passport. You need to upload the score report even if you have requested that your test center (the British Council/ UDST) send a copy of your certificate to Qatar University. QU accepts only Paper-based IELTS Academic, computer-based IELTS Academic, and IELTS Academic UKVI.
          • TOEFL iBT: Please log in to your TOEFL iBT account and send scores to us through your account. Qatar University's recipient code to send TOEFL iBT scores is 8943. QUTC will receive the score electronically from ETS.
          • ACT – for Math Test score: Please log in to your ACT account and send scores to us through your account. Qatar University's recipient code to send ACT scores is 5305. QUTC will receive the score electronically from ACT. ACT Math Subject test is not acceptable at Qatar University.
          • SAT General- for Math Test score: Please log in to your SAT College board account and send scores to us. Qatar University's recipient code to send SAT scores is 5264. SAT Math Subject test is not acceptable at Qatar University.
          • GRE: Please log in to your GRE account and send scores to us through your account. Qatar University's recipient code to send GRE scores is 7569. QUTC will receive the score electronically from ETS.
          • GMAT: Please log in to your GMAT account- www.mba.com and send scores to us by selecting Qatar University as the recipient institution. QUTC will receive the score electronically from GMAC.



    Verifying the Scores 

    The verifying process takes up to 3 working days from the receiving date. Your test scores will be verified and added to BANNER. Then,  

        • New applicants can see the score information by checking the online application summary page.
        • QU current students can check your test score page in BANNER.

    Very Important Notes:

        • Score reports submitted should be valid on the first day of the semester class in which the application is made.
        • Some applicants/students may be requested to provide original documents in person to verify the test scores.
        • QU does NOT accept the following test scores:
              • IELTS General test
              • IELTS Academic Online test
              • IELTS Academic One Skill test
              • SAT Math Subject test
              • ACT Math Subject test
        • Applicants/students should NOT send original IELTS certificates to QU. If received, it will be added to the file of the applicant/ student and will not be returned.
        • Undergraduate applicants /students should NOT send IELTS score reports if the score is less than 5.5. It will be discarded.
        • Forging any documents or information and submitting them to the University is considered an academic violation, which exposes its owner to a penalty that may result in final dismissal from the University. Please review the Student Code of Conduct.
        • QU Testing Center reserves the right to verify any standardized test scores and re-test students without mentioning the reasons.
