QU Entrepreneurship & Innovation (E&I) Strategy aims at entrepreneurial transformation of the University via infusing entrepreneurial culture, building entrepreneurial competency, accelerating ventures creation and commercial outputs, and impacting the national E&I ecosystem.
There are four main objectives of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy, in which under each objective there are defined strategic initiatives for execution:
- Objective 1 (Entrepreneurial Culture): Develop programs to cultivate the entrepreneurial and innovation mindset of the QU and Qatar society
- Objective 2 (Entrepreneurial Competency): Develop entrepreneurial competency of QU and Qatar society
- Objective 3 (Ventures and Commercial Outputs): Implement programs to facilitate the development of ventures, startups, and commercial outputs of QU community and assets
- Objective 4 (E&I National Impact): Enhance Qatar’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in collaboration with Qatar’s government, industry, and funding organizations
