The President Office at QU have led and overseen the development of an integrated transformation strategy 2018-2022 composed of five core sector based strategies and two enabling cross-sectors strategies, these are:
- Teaching and Learning Strategy
- Students Experience Strategy
- Research and Knowledge Advancement Strategy
- Institutional Excellence Strategy
- Engagement Strategy
Enabling strategies are cross-sectors and integrated strategies of governance at the President Office level, currently there are two main enabling strategies under execution:
- Digital Transformation Strategy
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy
