All accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings of the conference that will be available electronically preserved at:

Authors are not required to pay any article processing charges or fees for the publication of their papers in the conference proceedings.
The conference proceedings will be published by Qatar University Press with an ISSN number as follows:
ISSN 2958-3136 (Online) | International conference on civil infrastructure and construction | The ISSN Portal
Each paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). The proceedings shall be submitted to Scopus for Indexing.
Upon submission and acceptance, the author(s) grants the CIC CP and Qatar University Press a license to publish, including to display, store, copy, and reuse the content under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits non-commercial use of the material, appropriate credit, and indication if changes in the material were made.
