QU Creativity & Innovation for Engineering Solutions Development Conference is a premier event organized by the Technology
Innovation and Engineering Education Unit (TIEE) and the Office of the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.
The conference will host an innovation exhibition presenting the innovations for cutting edge technologies
for engineering solutions presented by researchers,
students, engineers, innovators. At the conference, participants showcase their innovative and creative work across various engineering disciplines,
especially with potential commercialization.
The participants can present their work as papers/posters or as participation in the product exhibition.
Judges from the industry and academia will evaluate the participants' work. The best entries will receive the conference Innovative Award.
Submission
Engineering students, particularly those willing to commercialize their research outcomes and those looking to strengthen their experience in innovation
and consolidate their commercialization pathways,
are encouraged to participate in the symposium. To participate, you are requested to send the following:
- Article (between 3 to 5 pages)
- Digital Poster (see the poster guidelines)
- 10-minutes video that presents your innovative work and your findings

You will receive an email from us if your entry is selected. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
Accepted participations of Graduate Engineering Master Students will be counted toward their publication requirements.
The conference proceedings will be submitted to Qatar University's digital library.
Papers will receive a DOI and will be indexed in Google Scholar. The content and the English should be sufficient to maintain a high-quality conference.
If the submissions do not pass the program committees' review procedure, authors will be requested to provide their submissions for English editing.
