The course will cover basic topics related to the essential techniques required in mammalian cell culture:
- Types of cell culture and applications.
- Thawing cells.
- Passaging cells for propagation.
- Freezing cells for storage.
- Contamination in cell culture.
- Stem cell culture and applications
