Coordinator Complaint Guide

  1. Go to myBanner self-service , click Enter Secure Area  and enter your QUID and passwordstudent-complaint-coordinator-guide-mybannerstudent-complaint-coordinator-guide-step1
  2. Go to QU Services link then Student Complaint System as shown below.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step2
  3. Click on Review and Update Complaint.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step3
  4. Please fill in the required fields as provided by the Complaint Coordinator, and click Get Complaint Details.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step4
  5. The page below illustrates the details of the complaint, you should type your updates, then click Save.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step5
  6. An email will be sent to the student, once the compliant status is changed.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step6
  7. Once the complaint status is closed, you cannot add or edit any details. If you try to login, the screen below will appear.student-complaint-coordinator-guide-step7
