Over the last 6 editions of GASNA has grown to a highly competitive platform. For this year’s GASNA competition, the 7th edition launched on 15th October 2017, we received over 110 submissions from 89 Schools with more than 500 participants. The students’ competition is scheduled on 7th March 2018. The awarding and closing ceremony will be on 8th of March 2018.
As the GASNA continue to grow to its 7th edition, the organizers thank the continuing support from the College of Engineering and generous sponsorship from GPC’s industrial partners.
Competition Summary
The competition takes place at the end of March 2018. The K-12 award category is divided into four categories.
First: KG – 4th
Second: 5th and 6th
Third: 7th – 9th
Fourth: 10th – 12th
For each category, there should be one team per school; Teams - Up to 5 students and a teacher for all categories.
Each participating school need to submit a project for each category they are participating in the 7th Gasna Competition. Submission can be only one of the following options:
- Performance (10 minutes presentation or performance on any topic related to Gas processing and production)
- Posters (A1 size poster on any topic related to gas processing and production topic – stand must be provided by the school)
- Gasna Paper (3-10 pages)
- Research Projects, Modules. (dimensions should be 50W*50L*50H all in CM)
- Infographic flyer
The Judges will evaluate the submissions on 7th March 2018 and the winning submissions will be announced during the closing ceremony on the 8th March 2018.
