Welcome to the website of the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Health Sciences
The mission of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Office at the College of Health Sciences is to purvey the idyllic academic ambience for developing, enhancing and delivering preeminent academic programs in diverse branches of Health Science including Biomedical Science, Public Health, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Human Nutrition and Genetic Counseling as per our community needs.
Our office is responsible for academic and faculty-related undertakings, as well as accreditation and assessment pertinent engagements. The office chiefly oversees matters allied with course planning and scheduling, faculty advancement and evaluation, curriculum development, faculty/staff hiring, guidelines and policies, at risk students, along with other relevant administrative activities. Our entire operational practices are aligned with the College of Health Sciences and Qatar University’s strategic goals directed towards excellence, quality, and innovation in education.
