It is also recommended to select the advisor so that he has the experience and interest in the framework of the club or organization. The advisor can be a faculty member or administrative staff at Qatar University, or he can be a member of another institution that has a partnership agreement with Qatar University and is consistent with the goals of the student club or organization. The leadership team should strive to nominate an appropriate advisor who has the interest, experience, and time to devote to supporting the mission and goals of the club.

Clubs and student organizations can organize activities and events that are consistent with their goals through early planning and working collectively to ensure the success of the activity and the achievement of the desired goals.
