    Nomination Guidelines

    1. A student should fill in the online nomination application on myBanner Self-Service System.
    2. A student must nominate him/herself to one award category only and must fill in a curriculum vitae (CV) template and submit it along with the nomination application.
    3. 10% of the nominee’s total evaluation will be given to his/her academic performance (e.g. A student with a GPA of 3.5/4 will be given 8.5%).
    4. A student may ask for recommendation letters from QU faculty and/or staff members. 

    General Conditions

    1. The nominee must be active either in Fall or Spring semesters during the academic year of application.
    2. The nominee should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00 for the previous two semesters prior to nomination.
    3. The nominee shouldn’t have been subject to disciplinary action (dismissal or warning) during the last two semesters.
    4. A student who has previously won an award is not eligible to apply again for the same award category.
