    GRE General

    The GRE® General Test is a computer-delivered test that features question types that closely reflect the kind of thinking you’ll do — and the skills you need to succeed — in today's demanding graduate school programs, including business and law. The test duration is 3 hours and 45 minutes. The test is content covered in the three test sections:

    1. Analytical Writing
    2. Verbal Reasoning
    3. Quantitative Reasoning

    Score Validity: 

    • 5 years. The test score is no longer valid if it is older than 5 years from the start of the intended semester for admission.

    Score Info:

    • Candidates must send the score report directly to Qatar University, using QU recipient code 7569. Scores are uploaded to BANNER once Qatar University Testing Center receives the original copy of the score report. No photocopy or printouts are accepted.

    The Testing Center does not offer any preparation courses. You can check the Community Service and Continuing Education Center for information about preparation courses.
