Transcripts
Official transcripts at Qatar University are the recorded results of the student's academic work. They contain all the essential information pertaining to the student's courses, grades, academic level, scholarship and degrees received.
Online transcript request for current students
Current students may request official transcripts through myBanner Self-Service. Please refer to the online transcript application instructions manual for further information.
Official Docduments Request for Alumni
QU alumni may request transcripts and/or graduation statements. Once we recieve your request, we will process it within two business days.
Certificate whom it may concern
The Records Section issues a “To Whom It May Concern" certificate in accordance with the students’ needs, such as:
- The language of instruction for the courses for postgraduate students
- University graduation date
- Study regularly
The student may request any of the above-mentioned documents by sending an e-mail to the Student Records Department Records@qu.edu.qa and receive it by coming in person to the department in the student affairs sector building (I11) after receiving an e-mail from the department stating that the required documents are ready to be handed in.
