The QU Student Fees Payment Delegation System

Qatar University has announced the launch of an electronic system for Qatar University student fees payment delegation. This system allows Qatar University students who are facing financial difficulties that hinder their educational progress to provide electronic authorization to any potential donors. This authorization enables donors to pay the students’ university fees and monitor their academic performance with the option for students to set a specific period for this authorization or canceling it at any time. Additionally, the system allows any student to grant authorization to their guardian to directly pay their university fees through the electronic system and track their academic performance.

User guides for the electronic authorization process are available for students, donors from the community who wish to pay the tuition fees and monitor the academic status of the students, and the students' guardians. These guides can be accessed as follows:

    • Donor Authorization User Guide - Donor Guide: This guide explains the steps for the donor to enter the system for the first time, in addition to viewing the student's academic data, and paying university fees on behalf of the student.
    • Parent Authorization User Guide - Parent Guide: This guide explains the steps for a parent to enter the system for the first time, in addition to viewing the student's academic data, and paying tuition fees on behalf of the student.
