    COMPACT CORE DRILL

This compact and portable core drilling machine is designed to cut cores up to 150 mm in diameter from concrete, asphalt, and similar hard construction material. The machine comprises a vertical support column that carries the drill head/motor assembly. An integral water swivel is built into the drill head providing a 12 mm connection to an external water supply via a 12 mm flexible hose (not supplied). The motor assembly comprises a 4 hp, 2-stroke petrol engine. Speeds of 800 rpm or 1200 rpm may be selected. A ball screw mechanism enables close control over drilling pressure and rapid return when drilling is completed. The complete assembly is supplied on a rigid metal base frame with leveling facility and is suitable for vertically down drilling applications only

    COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE

Frame Rigid welded steel construction. ASTM spherical seat allows free alignment at the initial contact with the specimen. It is designed strictly conforming to the Standards, to test 4” and 6” diameter specimens. Compression platens See table. Traceable certificate of surface hardness available on request. Wizard, Semi-Automatic power and control system Dual stage pump: low pressure/high delivery for fast piston approach and high pressure/low volume for loading. Special hand-operated pressure-compensated proportional valve for the manual preset of load rate requiring just occasional operator’s intervention.

    INSTRON 1500HDX-SP STATIC UTS

Two test space design makes changing between tension and compression testing safer and more efficient - no need to remove heavy fixtures Fully open-front grip design improves operator safety and throughput and allows a limited number of jaw faces to cover a large range of specimen sizes Long test stroke accommodates a variety of test fixtures and applications, such as rebar bend tests Productivity panel with multiple function keys and displays improves ergonomics and allows the operator to perform common testing functions and view key test information without returning to the computer Powerful, yet user-friendly materials testing software provides repeatable and reproducible results for simple to sophisticated testing requirements Variable pressure hydraulic power supply provides pressure on demand, reducing heat generation, increasing oil life, and eliminating the need for water cooling

Fully Computerized Compression and Flexure Testing machine with ADVANTEST 9

Automatic hydraulic systems for static and low-frequency dynamic tests on building materials under control of Load/Stress, Displacement, and Strain. Ideal both for traditional tests, such as compression and flexure on concrete, cement, mortar, blocks, etc., and cyclic tests for the determination of secant elastic modulus (E) (MCC Classic), and also for measuring, for example, the ductility and fracture energy of concrete reinforced with fibers (FRC) and lined with polymers (FRP), or the toughness of sprayed concrete slabs (shotcrete) under concentrated load tests (MCC Multitest). The console is connectable to up to four test frames. Two versions are available: MCC Classic 50-C8422/C for the automatic execution of compression, flexure

    TML COMPRESSOMETER (DESTRUCTIVE)

The CM-10H Compressometer is designed to conduct a breaking strength test. It measures the compression strain on a cylindrical concrete specimen (10 cm in diameter × 20 cm in length) made of generally used concrete or high-strength concrete. The high-sensitivity strain gauge is assembled into this Compressometer to measure the amount of strain. Both the high-sensitivity strain gauge and a cylindrical concrete specimen are provided with coverings to protect them from damage. A cylindrical concrete specimen can be set in the Compressometer quickly and easily. This Compressometer allows the strain on a wet concrete specimen, taken out right after underwater curing, to be measured. With this compressometer linked with either the CLL- NA or CLH-MNA load meter, it is also possible to measure the modulus of static elasticity.

SKIP-FED MIXER WITH HYDRAULIC TIPPING DRUM AND HYDRAULIC SKIP

Adjustable rear feet with handle. Double-effect ram with valve enabling all position skip locking. Skip equipped with a bag cutter and scraper guide. Protective grid ensuring optimal protection. The control panel equipped with a phase detector cuts out in case of incorrect wiring. The drum tipping is monitored by a hydraulic motor equipped with a valve to guarantee the blocking of the drum in any position.

    REBOUD TEST HAMMER

The rebound number determined by this device can be used to assess the uniformity of concrete in situ, and to delineate zones or areas of poor quality or deteriorated concrete in structures. The hammer may be used for comparative testing, referenced against the concrete with known strength or against a concrete verified as conforming to a particular strength class.
