The International Review of Law (IRL) is a biannual, internationally peer-reviewed and open access law journal, which has been first issued in 2012 under Qatar University College of Law and published by Qatar University Press (QU Press). The journal also accepts articles in French.

IRL is indexed in: Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, EBSCO Discovery Service, Primo (Ex Libris), ProQuest, Summon (Serial Solutions), OCLC WorldCat, Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE), Crossref, and Scirus.
In 2018-2019, IRL was accredited by the Arab Citation & Impact Factor (Arcif), which is aligned with international standards. IRL has publishing and distribution agreements with Westlaw Gulf, LexisNexis MiddleEast, AdvocatKhaj, and HeinOnline.
