The International Advisory Board (IAB) was established in Fall 2013. The Board has given and continues to give extensive advice regarding the College feasibility, strategy, organization and governance, academic program and faculty and student recruitment. It advises the College leadership and the Steering Committee on all strategic matters related to the establishment and operations of the College.
Members of the International Advisory Board are:
- Prof. Charles M. Wiener, former Dean/CEO of Perdana School of Medicine and Professor of Medicine and Physiology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
- Prof. Jan Borlefs, Dean of Medical Sciences Education, Groningen University
- Prof. Ayman El-Kadi, Professor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta and former Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Qatar University
- Prof. David Edward, Hallman Director and Professor, School of Pharmacy, University of Waterloo
- Prof. Yasmen Simonian, Dean of College of Health Professions, Weber State University
- Ms. Jean Anderson, Dietetic Internship Director/Sr. Clinician, Iowa State University
