I am pleased and honored to greet all the graduates of Qatar University and announce to them our Association’s intention to achieve more cohesion between the University and its graduates. We aim to connect graduates with their University and make them in constant contact with it from their various workplaces within the framework of the distinguished work carried out by the Alumni Association at Qatar University.
The Alumni Association includes 29 chapters since its establishment in 2012 covering most of the scientific and cultural disciplines of interest to the university community. Each chapter works to lay the foundations of this scientific edifice, to which we all return in our best imaginations. Thanks and gratitude go to Allah Almighty and to the Association for what we have reached through our life and career path. We pledge that we will remain loyal to this institution offering our instant care, communication, and expertise while benefiting from its knowledge, skills, and technologies that advance day by day.
The role that the Association plays is important in connecting thousands of graduates with each other and making them think together about the best ways to promote their country, cooperate in various scientific fields and return annually to their University. This role is not limited to scientific and research aspects only but reaches the emotional aspects where everyone recalls university life, as one of the most enriching and important periods of life.
The number of QU graduates has reached more than fifty thousand graduates spread across the institutions of the State of Qatar and the world at large, carrying with them torches of the light of science and culture confirming the leading role of Qatar University in the advancement of Qatar over the many previous decades. A comprehensive advancement that every day confirms its ability to move resolutely towards the well-being of our people and nation under our wise leadership and dedicated people.
