    PhD Program

The PhD in Health Sciences programme is hosted by QU Health Sector offers two distinct tracks to cater to diverse research interests: the Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences Track and the Clinical and Population Health Research Track. The Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences Track focuses on advancing knowledge in areas such as drug discovery, molecular biology, and pharmacology, while the Clinical and Population Health Research Track emphasizes research that addresses public health issues, clinical practices, and population health outcomes. The programme is interdisciplinary, offering students the opportunity to work closely with experts from the College of Pharmacy, as well as other colleges within QU Health, such as Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences, and Dentistry. This comprehensive approach equips students with the necessary skills to conduct high-impact research that addresses critical health challenges. Through a combination of coursework, seminars, and independent research, students are supported in developing expertise in their chosen fields, preparing them for leadership roles in academia, healthcare, and industry.
