QU undergraduate students may apply to the Student Life Awards provided that they meet the awards general conditions and criteria as well
the conditions of each award category. Please make sure to prepare the CV template of the award category you are planning to apply to. Then complete the online nomination application on myBanner Self-Service System.
Application for 2022/2023 awards from 19 February 2023 to 20 March 2023.
Please follow these steps to apply for nomination application:
- Go to myBanner Self-Service System.
- Login to your QU account
- Click on Student Services tab
- At the bottom of the list, click on "Student Life Awards"
- Agree on conditions and guidelines
- Select the award category
- Fill in the CV template and then upload it to the system
- Answer the self-assessment questions
- You are allowed to request recommendation letters from QU staff and faculty members
- If you are applying to one four awards, then your supervisor will evaluate you as follows:
- If you are applying to Student Volunteering Award or Student Athletics Award, you will need to select the supervisor name from the provided list. An email will be sent to him/her with the evaluation form link.
- If you are applying to Student Employment Award or Student Club & Organizations Award, your supervisor(s) will receive an email with the evaluation form link just after you submit the nomination application.
- Finally, click on Submit button.
