    Go to My Banner, and then to student registration click on student records you will find the name of your advisor under "view student information".

    At the end of the semester, your professors will post their grades online. To access these grades please follow these steps:

    • Go to My Banner
    • Then to student registration and records
    • Then click on student records
    • Click on final grades

    Students must have at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average

    Go to Registration and Admission Department.

    Students may seek to declare their major, after meeting the minimum academic requirements and before completing 36 undergraduate credit hours. A student may change their major within the first 60 undergraduate credit hours.

    A student may change their minor only once, and the change must occur before completing 12 credit hours in the minor and 90 undergraduate credit hours. To know the steps of changing/declaring major click here and for minor click here.

    • You can add or drop courses before or within the first week of classes each semester.
    • After the add/drop period ends, you can no longer add classes to your schedule.
    • Go to the Academic Calendar in order to know the Dates.

    Every major has a study plan consisting of courses selected from the core curriculum, college requirements, major requirements, (major/minor) and electives. An academic degree is awarded to a student who completes all the requirements of the major.

    To access your degree evaluation, which outlines your class requirements for your major and minor, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to My Banner
    2. Then to student registration and records
    3. Then click on student records
    4. Choose Degree Evaluation
    5. Generate New Evaluation
    6. Click on degree evaluation to show you the steps to how to open your degree evaluation

    Yes, you are required to see your advisor before the registration period. Students must consult with their assigned advisor prior to registration each semester.

    During the Orientation day, you will be able to:

    • Know the rules and regulation of the University
    • Register your subject for the semester
    • Know your Academic Advisors,
    • Learn everything you need to know before you start your semester.
    • Know the E-mails that are received from the Advising Office are very important and always contain critical issues that should be understood and taken seriously.

    You will find the final exam schedules approximately 2 weeks before the start of the final exams. By pressing on Final Examsand you will be informed by e-mail. You need to check the web page or the e-mail to make sure that you have no conflicts between your exams,

    Conflicts are having:

    • Two exams at the same time
    • Three exams on the same day

    If you have one of the above situations, you will need to fill a form from the schedule department and show it to your instructor so they change either the date or times of one of your exams. You will fine the form in Forms page.

    You may choose any course from any department as long as it is outside your college core area and University core area. You may transfer credits from outside the university as long as it has equivalent in one of QU departments.
