    Graduate Students Affairs

    The Office of Graduate Student Affairs consists of the following units:

    Admission Unit

    The unit cooperates with the Department of Admissions in the Student Affairs Sector by achieving quality in the admissions process.. And thus serve each of the colleges by providing information about students GPA and their qualifications and other information, and with department of admission, where it provides lists of accepted and rejected students after the closure of the admissions period. Admission department also communicate with external examiners to examine thesis and dissertations of students who will graduate.

    Registration Unit

    This unit offers services to all postgraduate students that include courses registration, raising the ceilings of closed courses, follow-up requests to change the grade of "Continuing Course IP", Study and review study plans for all students who expected to graduate and communicate with colleges to make the required modifications -- when needed.  Receive and follow up requests for change of tracks, and the equivalence of courses and requests for alternatives.  Last but not least, coordination with the student affairs sector regarding finalizing the list of students who expected to graduate in each semester.

    Student Support Unit

    This unit provides TAD (Thesis and Dissertation) Format Review services after receiving them from the students. It also offers several training workshops for students (each depending on their specialization and according to the language in which they study and to identify the most common mistakes to be avoided.  In addition, the unit members conduct individual sessions with the students to follow the direction received from the unit.  The unit is also responsible of student related events, such as orientation day, open day and discussion forums.
