The National Center for Educational Development invites presenters to submit proposals for its International (Virtual) Conference to be held in Doha, Qatar November 14, 2020.
Proposals are expected to address the conference title:
COVID-19 A Game Changer in Education: Reconnecting Virtually

Proposal Submission Guidelines
Proposal Types
- Interactive Workshops (45 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A).
- Research papers (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A).
- Panel Discussions (40 minutes + 15 minutes Q&A).
Proposals should fall into one of the following categories
- Educational policies in light of covid-19
- Leading change: Current practices
- Parental involvement: Demands and challenges
- Teacher's professional development during unexpected circumstances
- Managing virtual classroom environment: Challenges and opportunities
- Student's engagement and motivation in online learning
- Student assessment in online learning
- Challenges and solutions of Special Educational Needs during Covid-19
- Blended Learning: Experiences and expectations
Tips for Writing Proposals (in Arabic or English)
- Title: 12 words maximum
- Abstract: 150 - 200 words maximum
- Biography: 50 words
Guidelines for Proposal Submission
- Write your (first and last) names as you would want them to appear on your certificate.
- Submit your proposal through the online proposal submission form bellow.
- Spell out acronyms and/or abbreviations.
- Please do not include a proposal that was previously presented at another conference.
- The Deadline for proposal submissions is October 15, 2020.

If your proposal is accepted, you will need Cisco Webex meetings App on your Laptop or Desktop and a good Internet connection.
