The Research Policies and Administrative Initiatives Section has been established to comply with and adhere to all the applicable regulations, decisions and/or policies in the Research and Graduate Studies Sector, in alignment with the laws and standard practices at Qatar University.
The Section seeks to set specific objectives which main purpose is to achieve the sector’s strategy through formulating, adopting, and implementing a consistent approach with respect to preparing and developing regulations, decisions and/or policies; improving internal procedures by proposing new and effective models to facilitate and enhance administrative processes and developing service performance; cooperation with policymakers and involving the managerial staff in human resources development program; and informing decision-makers about the quality of the services provided to achieve overall efficiency.
The Section also strives to develop future visions and recommendations for the research sector to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.
