    Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science

    Admission

    The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science is a 4-year program. The first year is the Common Year within the Health Cluster QU Health where students learn with their peers from other Colleges in the Cluster.

    Students declare their major in Physiotherapy in the Fall Semester of year 1. To declare the major in Physiotherapy, students must have completed a minimum of 16 credit hours in General Science with minimum grades of C.

    Fall semester required courses include CHEM 101, CHEM 103, PUBH 151, MEDI 101, MEDI 102, English 202 or 203.

    Acceptance into the major is based on competitive GPA and program capacity – we welcome 20 students per year with one intake only each academic year.

    In the Spring Semester of the first year, 18 Credit Hours must be completed including PHYS110, BIOM245, MEDI103, 3 Core Curriculum courses including English 203 if not already completed.
