# Students should have a valid student ID in order to be eligible for student registration. All students are required to present a student identification onsite otherwise they will be asked to register as regular registration. No refunds or substitutions allowed.
*To be eligible for the group discount, a minimum of 5 participants is required for group registration. If a group consists of fewer than 5 people, it will be converted to regular registration. Please note that payments should be made collectively as a group, not individually. For a group of 5 participants, the total payment for standard registration should be at least 1000 QR. Additionally, please be aware that all payments are nonrefundable in all cases.
Kindly note that:
- The registration will close on February 13th, 2024 and on-site registration will not be available.
- Conference registration includes conference admission to all sessions (except workshops), access to the poster sessions, certificate of attendance, and daily coffee breaks and lunch.
- The registration fee is nonrefundable.
- All participants must wear their badges throughout the two conference days.
