The Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering is highly research-intensive. Its aim is to provide students with advanced training in research that leads to the highest level of scholarly achievement, and enable them to conduct research independently to address new challenges as innovators.
Through the Ph.D program students can expect to gain competencies adding to the existing body of knowledge and be creative while being at the forefront of technology. Students are expected to gain strong theoretical and experimental foundations and to develop the ability to conduct high-end research independently.
As a Ph.D graduate you can either work in industry as leaders in your field or pursue an academic career in any University around the world.
