The QU IEEE-SB is the largest IEEE Student Branch in Qatar which is really active in arranging workshops, tutorials, events, seminars, and engineering field trips for its members. It is headed by Elected Ex-Com members from amongst the student members at Qatar University. The Chairman currently is Ms. Vanessa Fakhoury student at the department of Electrical Engineering at Qatar University. It is supported by the Faculty Counselor Dr. Nizar Zorba and Assistant Faculty advisor Eng. Amith Khandakar from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Qatar University.
