Our responsibilities are wide-ranging and include the following. We monitor and support Qatar University’s strategy and operational requirements, including the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes. We oversee and lead the planning, development, and implementation of strategic and performance initiatives. We support the development of the university by conducting institutional research and providing accurate data and analysis. We promote QU to the local and international community and oversee institutional accreditation processes. We conduct outreach and engagement activities by establishing effective and consistent working relationships with community stakeholders. Finally, we design training and educational programs in order to meet the needs of the community and to fulfill Qatar’s 2030 vision of a knowledge-based economy.
