General Services Office manages providing high quality services to University’s community and facilities, and is committed to implementing the ISO standards to ensure performance quality and match university’s expansion and development. This Office actually considered as one of the most active service provider at the University. Services provided by this office include:
Housekeeping services: providing various cleaning services in addition to pest control.
Logistics services: Events planning, Exams Hall preparation, Installation and removal of banners and signs, Materials transfer, Documents destruction and hospitality services.
Stores: Responsible mainly for the process of inspection, receipt, storage and delivery of the supplied materials and items. As well as ensuring the availability of various kinds of materials, tools and machines required for the operational and maintenance works carried by QU technical staff only, where Subcontractor’s assets are not subject to storage at QU warehouses.
Food services: providing food and catering services on campus for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Transportation services: providing QU community with many convenient transportation options including employee and faculty transportation, students Campus Express internal transportation, Home to university, and student Housing transportation.
