The Business Support Division:
- Coordinates and runs batch processes for Accounting units and distributes its output
- Conducts data entry and electronic file conversion for batch processing
- Converts Payroll, Travel and Ledger paper form data into files to be used as input in several systems
- Converts the format of files prepared on desktop computers so they can be used in other various systems
- Develops file extracts and reports derived from the accounting system sources and other systems as required
- Provides continuous technical/financial assistance to the university community
- Assists in the development of long term solutions to business problems
